LaunchKit terms

What you're buying

A Nagz LaunchKit is a set of ready-to-post social media files (images, carousels, videos, captions and hashtags) made by Nagz Studio from your website and the details you send in the order form. There's a kit for Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, each sold on its own, and all three together. What each kit includes is listed on the LaunchKit page. We don't post for you or manage your accounts.

The Motion Pack is 15 motion reels for the 15 days after your kit's 30. It costs $99 added to any kit, or $129 on its own or bought after a kit. These terms cover it in the same way as a kit.

Delivery

Work starts once your payment goes through, and your order is delivered within 24 hours of payment, as a download link sent to the email in your order. If we need something from you to make it, such as a logo we can't find on your website, we'll email you and the 24 hours start once we have it.

Changes

One round of changes is included. Send them within 7 days of delivery, all in one message, and we'll update the files. Changes cover the kit as ordered; a different brand or a new set of posts is a new order.

Refunds

• A full refund if you ask before we start work on your kit.
• A full refund if your order isn't delivered within 24 hours, unless we're waiting on you.
• After delivery, anything that isn't right is fixed in your round of changes.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Dodo Payments.

Your content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the logo, reviews, results and anything else you send. We only use what's on your website or in your order, and we don't invent reviews, results or numbers.

Using the files

Once paid, the files are yours to use on your own channels, for personal or business use, for as long as you like. Music in the videos is royalty-free and licensed for social media. You may not resell the kit or its templates as a product of your own.

Payments

Payments are taken by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Dodo Payments handles the checkout, any sales tax or VAT, and your invoice. Prices are set in US dollars, and the checkout can show your local currency.
