Who we are

Nagz Studio is an independent design and development studio based in Chennai, India. We are responsible for the information you share through this website. You can reach us at hello@nagzstudio.com.

What we collect

When you send a project brief, we receive:

• your name and email address
• your company or website, if you add it
• your project type, launch window and budget range
• anything you write about your project

We don't ask for payment details, and we don't use the form for marketing lists.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and, if we work together, to deliver it. We never sell or rent your information.

Who processes it

• Resend delivers form messages to our inbox.
• Our hosting provider serves this website and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Umami) to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across websites and doesn't collect personal information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and for project records if we work together. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've shared with us, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, if you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR. Contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
